Lentigo maligna
Lentigo maligna is a precursor lesion of malignant melanoma. It is common in middle-aged and elderly people and occurs on the skin in areas that are frequently exposed to sunlight. The clinical manifestations are small brown or brown macules with deepening or lightening of the color.
