Hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome is Job syndrome, also known as Yao dermatitis syndrome, chronic granulomatous disease variant (Granulomatous disease variant), Buckley syndrome, etc. This disease is a rare disease whose etiology and pathogenesis are still unclear. In 1966, Davis reported two cases of "Job syndrome". In 1971, Pabst pointed out that the serum IgE of this disease was increased. In 1974, Hill found that the chemotaxis of neutrophils was also reduced. The main characteristics of this disease are: ① chronic eczematous dermatitis; ② neutrophil chemotaxis disorder and repeated severe suppurative infections; ③ serum IgE was significantly increased.
