Tobramycin O-3-amino-3-deoxy-α-O-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-[2,6-diamino-2,3,6-trideoxy-α-D-ribo-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)]-2-deoxy-D-streptamine

In vitro experiments show that it has special effects on the following bacteria: Staphylococcus (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and penicillin-resistant bacteria), Streptococcus (Group A hemolytic streptococci, non-hemolytic streptococci and Streptococcus pneumoniae), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis (indole-negative) and indole-positive Proteus, Haemophilus influenzae and Haemophilus conjunctivitis, Moraxella conjunctivitis, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (Herelle avaginacola), Neisseria. Bacteria resistant to gentamicin are still sensitive to tobramycin. No bacteria resistant to tobramycin have been found so far, but long-term use may lead to bacterial resistance.

Anthraquinone ointment
The main ingredients of this product and their chemical names: 1,8-dihydroxy-9-anthraquinone
Name Description Content CAS NO. Registered Holders
1,8-Dihydroxy-9-anthrone

It has anti-epithelial cell proliferation, epithelial cell differentiation induction and anti-inflammatory effects. It blocks the pathological signal substances expressed by abnormal immune system in psoriasis by inhibiting the activity of protein kinase C in keratinocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes, inhibiting the secretion of interleukin-1, 6, 8 and tumor necrosis factor α by human peripheral blood monocytes; and reduces the amount of transforming growth factor-α in keratinocytes and its affinity with epidermal growth factor receptor, thereby producing anti-keratinocyte proliferation and anti-inflammatory effects. It can cause proliferation of mouse tail granular cells and down-regulate the expression of transglutaminase (TGase) mRNA, indicating that it has the effect of inducing epithelial cell differentiation. It produces anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the production of reactive oxygen species by polymorphonuclear leukocytes induced by phorbol esters.
