Function and Efficacy
Vitamin U in this product can promote granulation development and mucosal regeneration; aluminum hydroxide and magnesium trisilicate are antacids that can neutralize excess gastric acid to relieve symptoms such as stomach pain and heartburn; belladonna fluid extract can inhibit glandular secretion and relieve pain caused by smooth muscle spasm.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 50 mg of vitamin U (iodomethylmethionine), 2.6 mg of belladonna fluid extract, 123 mg of aluminum hydroxide, and 53 mg of magnesium trisilicate. Excipients: talc, microcrystalline cellulose.

Appearance
This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the coating; it has the special odor of vitamin U.
Indication
It is used to relieve gastrointestinal spasmodic pain, as well as stomach pain, heartburn, and acid reflux caused by excessive gastric acid. It can also be used for chronic gastritis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults, 1 to 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, after meals.
Adverse Reactions
1. Long-term use in the elderly may lead to osteoporosis. 2. Rare eye pain, increased intraocular pressure, and rash. 3. Long-term use in patients with renal insufficiency may lead to aluminum accumulation poisoning and mental symptoms.
Precautions
1. Patients with prostatic hypertrophy and glaucoma are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with appendicitis or similar symptoms are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with fractures are prohibited from using this product.

Drug Interactions
1. Avoid taking other drugs while taking this product, because aluminum hydroxide can combine with other drugs and affect the efficacy. 2. This product can weaken the effects of meproclopramide and domperidone, so it is not suitable to be taken together. 3. If this product needs to be used with H2 receptor antagonists such as cimetidine, at least 1 hour interval is required. 4. Taking this product with enteric-coated tablets can accelerate the dissolution of enteric-coated tablets, so they should not be used together. 5.
