Trypsin for injection

This product has the function of endopeptidase, selectively acting on denatured proteins to hydrolyze them into polypeptides or amino acids, improving tissue permeability, inhibiting edema and inflammatory reactions around thrombi; dissolving blood clots, exudates, and necrotic tissues; decomposing viscous secretions such as sputum and pus; and promoting rapid diffusion and absorption of local drug solutions.

It is used to remove blood clots, pus, necrotic tissue and inflammatory exudates, and is used as an auxiliary treatment for necrotic trauma, ulcers, hematomas, abscesses and inflammation. Ophthalmology uses this product to treat various eye inflammations, hemorrhagic eye diseases, eye injuries, retinal concussion, etc. This product can also be used for snake bites to decompose and destroy the toxins.

Intramuscular injection, 12,500 units to 50,000 units at a time, once a day. Subconjunctival injection, 1,250 to 5,000 units at a time, once a day or every other day. Eye drops, concentration 250 units/ml, 4 to 6 times a day. Lacrimal duct irrigation, concentration 250 units/ml. For snake bites, dissolve 0.25-0.5% procaine hydrochloride injection into a solution with a concentration of 5,000 units/ml. Take the tooth mark as the center, make an infiltration injection around the wound or make a ring-shaped closure above the swelling area, each dose 50,000 to 100,000 units.

This product can cause histamine release and produce systemic reactions, such as chills, fever, headache, dizziness, chest pain, abdominal pain, rash, angioedema, dyspnea, increased intraocular pressure, leukopenia, etc. When the symptoms are mild, they will not affect continued treatment and can be controlled by antihistamines and symptomatic drugs. If they are severe, the drug should be discontinued immediately. 3. This product can occasionally cause anaphylactic shock.

It should not be used in acute inflammation sites, bleeding cavities, or within one week of pulmonary hemorrhage. It is contraindicated in patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal blood coagulation mechanism, and bleeding.
