Recombinant human interleukin-2 (125Ala) for injection
Function and Efficacy
IL-2 can significantly enhance the immune function of T cells, macrophages, and NK cells, and can also induce killer cells, LAK cells, and activate tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). In addition, IL-2 and other cytokines have a synergistic effect of enhancing immune function, which promotes the localization of tumors and infection lesions. Therefore, IL-2 has significant immune enhancement and anti-tumor effects. Compared with the prototype IL-2, the modified IL-2 has increased specific activity and thermal stability, and the pharmacological action time in vivo is prolonged.
