Appearance
This product is an orange-red liquid.
Indication
It is suitable for bleeding caused by capillary damage and increased permeability, such as epistaxis, retinal hemorrhage, hemoptysis, gastrointestinal bleeding, hematuria, hemorrhoids and uterine bleeding, etc. It is also used for thrombocytopenic purpura, but the hemostatic effect is not very ideal.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection: 5-10 mg at a time, 2-3 times a day. For severe bleeding, use 10-20 mg at a time, once every 2-4 hours.
Adverse Reactions
This product has low toxicity and can produce salicylic acid-like reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tinnitus, and decreased vision. It can cause abnormal brain electrical activity in epileptic patients. There is pain at the injection site.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to salicylic acid should not use this product. Patients with a history of epilepsy or mental illness should use it with caution.
Drug Interactions
1. The vasodilatory effect of antihistamines and anticholinergics may affect the hemostatic effect of this product. If used in combination, the dosage of this product should be increased; 2. Avoid administering this product in the same solution with tetracycline drugs.
