Indication
Used for sinus tachycardia, paroxysmal supraventricular and ventricular tachycardia, ventricular premature beats, angina pectoris, hypertension, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 80 mg/time, 2 times a day at the beginning. If the efficacy is not satisfactory, the dosage can be gradually increased in 1-2 weeks. When used in combination with diuretics, the more appropriate dosage is 80-320 mg/day. When used alone, the daily dosage should not exceed 480 mg. It can also be used for angina pectoris, oral administration, 40-160 mg/time, 3 times a day. It can also be used for arrhythmia, oral administration, 20-40 mg/time, 3 times a day; the dosage can be increased according to the patient's condition when necessary. In emergency situations, it can be slowly injected intravenously at intervals of 10-20 minutes, 1-2 mg per time, 1-2 times.
