Indication
It is suitable for the treatment of acute thrombotic cerebral infarction and movement disorders associated with cerebral infarction.
Adverse Reactions
Blood: Due to the tendency of bleeding, observe carefully and stop administration immediately if abnormalities occur. Liver and kidney: Occasionally, GOT, GPT, and BUN may increase. Digestive system: Occasionally, there may be nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and a feeling of fullness. Allergic reactions: Occasionally, urticaria and rash may occur. Stop administration when they occur. Circulatory system: Occasionally, there may be supraventricular arrhythmias. If a drop in blood pressure is detected, reduce the dose or stop administration. Others: Occasionally, there may be headaches, fever, pain at the injection site, shock, and thrombocytopenia. Serious adverse reactions may include hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, epidural hematoma, intracranial hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, subcutaneous bleeding, etc.
Precautions
1. It is contraindicated for patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction or deep coma due to large-area cerebral infarction; 2. It is contraindicated for patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, such as severe arrhythmia and myocardial infarction; 3. It is contraindicated for patients with blood diseases or bleeding tendency; 4. It is contraindicated for patients with severe hypertension, with systolic blood pressure exceeding 26.6kpa (i.e., above 200 mmHg); 5. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product.
