Anti-angina drug. This product belongs to the nitrate compound, which has the effect of preventing the free calcium ions in cells, increasing the permeability of cell membranes to potassium ions, dilating coronary blood vessels, continuously increasing coronary blood flow, and inhibiting coronary artery spasm. When dilating coronary blood vessels, it does not affect blood pressure, heart rate, myocardial contractility, and myocardial oxygen consumption. This product also has the effect of inhibiting platelet aggregation and preventing thrombosis.

The main ingredient of this product is Nicorandil, and its chemical name is: nicotinamide ethyl nitrate.

This product is white or off-white tablets.

It is suitable for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. It is effective for exertional, spontaneous, post-infarction or mixed angina pectoris. It can be used for patients with angina pectoris accompanied by atrial fibrillation, cardiac enlargement, and patients who need to use other anti-angina drugs with caution.

Oral administration: 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day; if symptoms do not improve significantly, the dose can be increased to 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day.

Common reactions include headache, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, etc. Taking aspirin can alleviate the symptoms, otherwise the drug should be discontinued; if allergic reactions such as rashes occur, the drug should be discontinued. 2. Gastrointestinal symptoms: abdominal pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, constipation, etc., occasionally angular cheilitis, and elevated aminotransferase. 3. Cardiovascular system: palpitations, fatigue, facial flushing, lower limb edema, and can also cause reflex heart rate acceleration, severe hypotension and other reactions.
