Busulfan Tablets
Function and Efficacy
It is a bifunctional alkylating agent belonging to the class of bismethyl sulfonates and is a non-specific drug for the cell cycle. When it enters the human body, the ring structure of the sulfonate group opens and destroys the structure and function of DNA by alkylating guanine in the cell's DNA. The cytotoxic effect of this product is almost entirely manifested in the inhibition of hematopoietic function, mainly manifested in the obvious inhibition of granulocyte production. The second is the inhibition of platelets and red blood cells, and the inhibition of lymphocytes is very weak.
