Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection

This product can significantly promote the proliferation of glial cells in newborn rats, promote protein synthesis in brain nerve cells and affect their respiratory chain; it has obvious anti-hypoxia protection function for brain dysfunction caused by various hypoxia models; it can normalize disordered glucose operation and improve energy metabolism in the brain; it can activate adenylate cyclase and other hormone systems, and relatively inhibit the production of oxygen free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals, and has the effect of promoting learning and memory and improving brain function.

This product is a sterile preparation extracted, separated and refined from pig brain tissue. It contains about 16 kinds of free amino acids and a small amount of peptides.

This product is a light yellow clear liquid.

Used to improve symptoms of craniocerebral trauma, sequelae of cerebrovascular disease accompanied by memory loss and attention disorder.

It is best to inject continuously for each course of treatment. The length of the course and dosage should be determined based on the patient's age and condition. No more than 2 ml should be injected subcutaneously, and no more than 5 ml should be injected intramuscularly. Generally, 10 ml is used, diluted in 250 ml of normal saline and slowly dripped once a day. It takes about 60 to 120 minutes to drip, and it can be used continuously for 10 to 14 days as a course of treatment.

This product is generally well tolerated. In vivo and in vitro tests and toxicology tests have shown no potential teratogenic, sensitizing or carcinogenic effects. Injection too quickly may cause a mild sense of heat, and in very rare cases, chills and mild fever may occur, which are mostly related to the patient's physical constitution. So far, no persistent adverse reactions or life-threatening cases have been found after taking the drug. When used in large doses, injection too quickly may cause fever in a few cases.

The following conditions are contraindicated: 1. Those who are allergic to any of the ingredients of this drug. 2. Status epilepticus. 3. Grand mal seizures, in which case the drug may increase the frequency of seizures. 4. Those with severe renal dysfunction.

1. Protein hydrolysate injection cannot be infused in the same bottle as amino acid injection. When amino acid infusion is used at the same time, attention should be paid to the possible imbalance of amino acids. 2. Co-treatment with antidepressants may cause adverse interactions and lead to inappropriate mental stress. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the dose of antidepressants.
