Adefovir dipivoxil
Indication
This product is suitable for the treatment of adult chronic hepatitis B patients with evidence of active replication of hepatitis B virus and compensated liver function accompanied by persistent elevation of serum amino acid transferase (ALT or AST) or active liver histological lesions.
Precautions
This product is contraindicated in patients with known allergy to adefovir dipivoxil.
