Defibrase Injection

Proteolytic enzyme. It can dissolve blood clots, inhibit thrombosis, and improve microcirculation.

The main ingredient of this product is defibrase, and its auxiliary material is sodium chloride.

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

1. Acute cerebral infarction, including cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, transient ischemic attack (TIA) and prevention of recurrent cerebral infarction. 2. Myocardial infarction, unstable angina and prevention of recurrent myocardial infarction. 3. Vascular diseases of the limbs, including femoral artery embolism, thromboangiitis obliterans, and Raynaud's disease. 4. Blood in a state of high viscosity, high coagulation, and pre-thrombotic state. 5. Sudden deafness. 6. Pulmonary embolism.

Before use, add it to 100ml-250ml of sodium chloride injection and drip it intravenously for more than 1 hour. Acute attack period: 10 units at a time, once a day, for 3-4 consecutive days. Non-acute attack period: 10 units for the first time, 5-10 units for maintenance, once a day or every other day, two weeks as a course of treatment.

Some patients may experience a small amount of bruising, nosebleeds or gum bleeding, or a transient slight increase in GOT or GPT after taking the medicine, which will disappear on their own after stopping the medicine.

1. Patients with a history of bleeding diseases are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients who have just undergone surgery are prohibited from using this product. 3. Patients with a tendency to bleed are prohibited from using this product. 4. Patients who are currently using drugs with anticoagulant effects and platelet inhibitory effects (such as aspirin) are prohibited from using this product. 5. Patients who are currently using antifibrinolytic agents are prohibited from using this product. 6. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction and other conditions such as papillary muscle rupture, ventricular septum perforation, cardiogenic shock, and multiple organ failure are prohibited from using this product. 7. Patients with a history of allergy to this product are prohibited from using this product.

Precautions for children: The safety of this preparation for children has not been tested. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this drug only when the benefits outweigh the risks in treatment; this preparation should generally be avoided during lactation, and if it must be used, breastfeeding should be stopped.

When using this product, avoid using it with salicylic acid drugs (such as aspirin). Anticoagulants can enhance the effect of this product and cause unexpected bleeding; antifibrinolytic drugs can offset the effect of this product and are prohibited from being used in combination.

Keep in a dark place and sealed tightly, store below 10℃.
