Reduced glutathione (GSH) is a peptide naturally synthesized in the human cytoplasm. It is composed of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine, contains sulfhydryl groups (-SH), and is widely distributed in various organs of the body. It has played an important role in maintaining the biological functions of cells. It is a cofactor of glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase, and a coenzyme of glyoxalase and triose dehydrogenase. It participates in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and sugar metabolism in the body. Appearance

This medicine is a white crystalline powder and is prepared with 3 or 4 mL of solvent.

Indication

Used for: ① Chemotherapy patients: including chemotherapy with cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, erythromycin, bleomycin, especially high-dose chemotherapy. ② Radiotherapy patients. ③ Various hypoxemias: such as acute anemia, adult respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, etc. ④ Liver diseases: including liver damage caused by viruses, drug toxicity, alcohol toxicity and other chemical toxicity. ⑤ It can also be used as an adjuvant treatment for poisoning by organophosphorus, amino or nitro compounds.

Usage and Dosage

1. Administration route: ① Intravenous injection: After dissolving it in water for injection, add it to 100ml of normal saline and drip it intravenously, or add it to less than 20ml of normal saline and slowly inject it intravenously; ② Intramuscular injection: Dissolve it in water for injection and inject it intramuscularly. 2. Dosage: ① Patients undergoing chemotherapy: Dissolve 1.5g/m2 of this product in 100ml of normal saline within 15 minutes before giving chemotherapy drugs, and infuse it intravenously within 15 minutes. For the 2nd to 5th days, inject 600mg of this product intramuscularly every day. When using cyclophosphamide (CTX), in order to prevent damage to the urinary system, it is recommended to inject this product intravenously immediately after the injection of CTX, and the infusion should be completed within 15 minutes; when using cisplatin for chemotherapy, it is recommended that the dosage of this product should not exceed 35mg/mg cisplatin, so as not to affect the chemotherapy effect. ② Liver disease: Inject 300mg or 600mg of this product intramuscularly every day. ③Other diseases: For hypoxemia, 1.5g/m2 of this product can be dissolved in 100ml of normal saline and intravenously infused. After the condition improves, 300-600mg can be injected intramuscularly every day for maintenance. 3. Treatment course: For liver disease, a course of treatment is generally 30 days. For other conditions, it depends on the condition.

Adverse Reactions

Even with high doses and long-term use, there are few adverse reactions. Sudden rash is rare.

It is contraindicated for those who have allergic reaction to this product.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Neonates, premature infants, infants and children should use the drug with caution, especially intramuscular injection. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients should appropriately reduce the dosage of the drug. And closely monitor during medication.

Drug Interactions

This product should not be mixed with vitamin B12, menadione, calcium pantothenate, orotic acid, antihistamines, sulfonamides and tetracycline.
