Function and Efficacy

It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects. This product has a pharmacological effect by inhibiting cyclooxygenase to reduce the synthesis of local prostaglandins in tissues and inhibiting the chemotaxis of leukocytes and the release of lysosomal enzymes. The analgesic and detumescent effects of this product in the treatment of arthritis are similar to those of indomethacin, aspirin and naproxen. Acute toxicity test results: The oral LD50 of mice is 360mg/kg.

Appearance

This product is a capsule, and the contents are white to light yellow powder.

Indication

Used for symptomatic treatment of pain and swelling in various arthritis and soft tissue lesions.

Usage and Dosage

Oral adult dosage: 20 mg once a day, or 10 mg twice a day. Take after meals.

Adverse Reactions

1. Nausea, stomachache, decreased appetite and indigestion are the most common gastrointestinal adverse reactions, of which 3.5% need to withdraw the drug. When the dosage is greater than 20 mg per day, the incidence of gastric ulcer increases significantly, and some are accompanied by bleeding or even perforation; 2. Neutropenia, eosinophilia, increased blood urea nitrogen, dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, headache, general weakness, edema, rash or itching, etc., with an incidence of 1% to 3%; 3. Abnormal liver function, thrombocytopenia, hyperhidrosis, skin ecchymosis, peeling, erythema multiforme, toxic epithelial necrosis, bullous erythema multiforme (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), skin allergic reaction to light, blurred vision, red and swollen eyes, hypertension, hematuria, hypoglycemia, depression, insomnia and mental tension, etc., with an incidence of 1%.

Precautions

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, have peptic ulcers, or chronic gastric diseases.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Forbidden. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: (1) Pregnant women who take the drug in the last three months of pregnancy may inhibit labor and cause dystocia. At the same time, gastrointestinal toxicity may occur. In addition, long-term use of the drug in the late pregnancy may cause early closure or stenosis of the fetal ductus arteriosus, resulting in persistent pulmonary hypertension and heart failure in the newborn. Precautions for pregnant women: Use with caution. (2) This product may cause a decrease in milk secretion, which is related to the dosage. It is not suitable for lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution.

Drug Interactions

1. When taking alcohol or other anti-inflammatory drugs together, gastrointestinal adverse reactions increase; 2. When used together with anticoagulants such as dicoumarol, the latter's effect is enhanced, the bleeding tendency is significant, and the dosage should be adjusted; 3. When used together with aspirin, the blood concentration of this product can drop to 80% of the normal concentration, and the risk of gastrointestinal ulcer formation and bleeding tendency increases.
