Beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol

This product is a glucocorticoid drug with strong local anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.

The main ingredient of this product is beclomethasone dipropionate. Its chemical name is: 16β-methyl-11β,17α,21-trihydroxy-9α-chloropregnane-1,4-diene-3,20-dione-17,21-dipropionate.

This product is a powder aerosol.

This product is used to prevent and treat perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, and can also be used for vasomotor rhinitis.

Nasal spray: spray the right nostril with the left hand and the left nostril with the right hand, avoiding spraying directly into the nasal septum. Adults can apply 2 pinches per nostril at a time, twice a day; or 1 pinch per nostril at a time (50 micrograms), 3 to 4 times a day. The total amount per day should not exceed 8 pinches (407 micrograms).

1A small number of patients may experience dryness or burning sensation in the nose and throat, sneezing, changes in taste and smell, and nose bleeding. 2Allergic reactions such as rash, urticaria, itching, skin erythema, edema of the eyes, face, lips, and throat may occur occasionally. 3Rare cases of increased intraocular pressure and nasal septum perforation may occur.

It is contraindicated for patients with severe hypertension, diabetes, gastric and duodenal ulcers, osteoporosis, a history of mental illness, epilepsy, and glaucoma.

Precautions for children: Use with caution in infants Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution in pregnant women Precautions for the elderly: Excessive dosage of this product (0.8 mg/d) may cause a series of systemic adverse reactions of glucocorticoids.

Each bottle contains 200 presses, each press contains 50 μg of beclomethasone dipropionate
