Rifampicin is a semi-synthetic broad-spectrum fungicide that firmly binds to the beta subunit of DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial RNA and preventing the enzyme from connecting to DNA, thereby blocking the RNA transcription process.

Indication
Used for trachoma, conjunctivitis, keratitis, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Eye drops: 1-2 drops at a time, 4-6 times a day.

Precautions
