Function and Efficacy
This product has a rapid effect and is one of the most potent topical corticosteroids currently used in clinical practice. It has a strong capillary constriction effect, and its anti-inflammatory effect is 112.5 times that of hydrocortisone, 2.3 times that of betamethasone sodium phosphate, and 18.7 times that of fluocinolone. The systemic adverse reactions are 3 times that of fluocinolone, and it has no sodium retention effect, and has a certain effect of promoting sodium and potassium excretion.

Appearance
This product is green and white oval tablets.
Indication
It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness, nausea and vomiting caused by motion sickness, radiation sickness, postoperative vomiting, drug-induced nausea and vomiting, and symptomatic treatment of nausea and vertigo caused by Meniere's disease and other labyrinthine and inner ear vertigo diseases.
Usage and Dosage
When nausea, vomiting, dizziness and other symptoms begin to appear, take it sublingually. 3 to 6 times a day. Adults take 1 to 2 tablets each time, not more than 12 tablets a day. Children aged 7 to 12 years old take half a tablet each time, not more than 6 tablets a day.
Adverse Reactions
1 Common symptoms include: sluggishness, sleepiness, lack of concentration, fatigue, dizziness, and nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. 2 Rare symptoms include: hallucinations, illusions, decreased night vision, decreased solid vision, extrapyramidal symptoms or rashes. 3 Overdose symptoms include vomiting, dizziness, convulsions, cyanosis, coma, and even respiratory failure. In toxic doses, severe delirium similar to atropine poisoning may occur, accompanied by extrapyramidal symptoms, and chlordiazepoxide (chlordiazepoxide) and infusion can be used for symptomatic treatment.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to the ingredients of this product or other ethanolamine drugs.

Precautions for children: Forbidden to use in newborns and premature infants. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Forbidden to use in pregnant women. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution in the elderly.
