Compound Amino Acid Injection (17AA-Ⅲ)

This product is an amino acid drug, a compound preparation of essential amino acids and non-essential amino acids. Amino acids are the main components of human protein synthesis and the nitrogen source for the synthesis of various tissues. They are the basic substances for maintaining life. This product can provide nutritional support and improve the nitrogen balance in the body.

This product is a compound preparation, and its components are: each 500ml contains L-isoleucine 4.600g L-leucine 4.725g L-lysine acetate 1.975g L-methionine 0.220g L-phenylalanine 0.150g L-threonine 1.

This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

Hepatic encephalopathy (subclinical, grade I, grade II), hyperammonemia.

Intravenous drip. Usually, adults take 500 ml once a day, and the infusion time should not be less than 180 minutes (45-55 drops/minute). The dosage can be increased or decreased appropriately according to age, symptoms and weight.

1. Allergy: Rare rash-like allergic reactions. If they occur, discontinue administration. 2. Digestive system: Occasionally, symptoms such as nausea and vomiting may occur. 3. Circulatory system: Occasionally, symptoms such as chest discomfort and palpitations may occur. 4. Sugar metabolism: Occasionally, symptoms of hypoglycemia may occur. 5. Rapid administration of large amounts of medication may cause acidosis. Occasionally, transient increases in blood ammonia levels may occur. 6. Others: Occasionally, symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, chills, fever, sweating, and pain at the administration site may occur.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe renal impairment or abnormal amino acid metabolism caused by non-hepatic dysfunction.
