1 Pharmacology: This product is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. It inhibits the early synthesis of bacterial cell walls, which leads to the death of bacteria. This product has a wide antibacterial spectrum and has certain antibacterial effects on most Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. The antibacterial spectrum of this product includes Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Shigella, Serratia, Shigella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter aerogenes. 2 Toxicology: No toxic reactions such as kidney and blood system were found in animal experiments.

Appearance
This product is light pink, sweet, slightly fragrant granular preparation, partially soluble in water and in suspension state.
Indication
1. Intestinal infection: bacterial infection, bacillary dysentery. 2. Urinary tract infection: cystitis, pyelonephritis, urethritis. 3. Dermatology and soft tissue infection: furunculosis, hidradenitis, lymphadenitis, folliculitis. 4. Respiratory tract infection: nasopharyngitis, tonsillitis, tracheitis, early chronic bronchitis. 5. Ophthalmology: sty, dacryocystitis. 6. Gynecology: vaginitis, cervicitis.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults: 2 bags each time, 3 to 4 times a day. Children: 3 to 4 times a day, each dosage is: 1/8 bag for 1 to 6 months, 1/6 bag for 6 to 12 months, 1/4 bag for 1 to 2 years old, 1/3 bag for 2 to 4 years old, 3/8 bag for 4 to 6 years old, 1/2 bag for 6 to 9 years old, 1 bag for 9 to 14 years old.
Adverse Reactions
Mainly mild gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, decreased appetite, upper abdominal discomfort, loose stools or mild diarrhea, etc. Generally, it does not affect the continued use of the drug. Occasionally, skin rash, eosinophilia, and elevated alanine aminotransferase may occur. No toxic reactions to the kidneys or blood system were observed.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Children should follow doctor's advice when taking the drug. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women should use with caution. Precautions for lactating women are not clear. Precautions for the elderly: Not clear yet.
Drug Interactions
1. It has a synergistic effect when used in combination with beta-lactams against Staphylococcus aureus (including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 2. It has a synergistic effect when used in combination with aminoglycosides. 3. There is no cross-resistance with other antibiotics.
