1 Pharmacology: This product is an extract of the plant Andrographis paniculata - andrographolide, which is refined by esterification, dehydration and salt formation to form dehydrated andrographolide succinic acid half ester potassium sodium salt. It is the same substance as the active metabolite of andrographolide in the body (andrographolide is andrographolide succinic acid half ester monopotassium salt). Non-clinical pharmacological studies of andrographolide have shown that: (1) this product has a strong antipyretic effect on rabbits with fever caused by bacterial endotoxins, and can promote the disappearance of fever. The effect is rapid and can last for more than 4 hours; (2) this product can counteract the increased permeability of capillary walls caused by xylene or histamine; (3) this product can shorten the sleep latency period of mice induced by sodium pentobarbital, prolong their sleep time, and enhance the subthreshold effect of pentobarbital to induce sleep in mice. The experimental results indicate that this product has a significant sedative effect; (4) this product can significantly promote the adrenal cortex function of rats and enhance the body's emergency response to pathogen infection; (5) Clinical etiological diagnosis experiments and tissue culture inactivation experiments show that this product has a certain inactivation effect on influenza virus type I, type III, pneumonia adenovirus (Adv) type III, type IV, enterosyncytial virus and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in vitro. 2 Toxicology: The LD50 of this product for intravenous injection and intraperitoneal injection is 600±20mg/kg and 675±30mg/kg respectively. The dosage of this product was 36mg/kg and 84mg/kg respectively, once a day for 10 consecutive days. The results showed that this product had no significant effect on the growth, appetite, coat color, activity, liver and kidney function and pathological examination of major organs of animals at the above dosage. No significant effect. No other toxicological research content.

The main ingredient of this product is indomethacin, and its chemical name is 14-dehydroxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide-3,19-disuccinic acid hemiester potassium sodium salt-hydrate.

Suitable for viral pneumonia and viral upper respiratory tract infection.

Intramuscular injection: 40-80ml at a time, 1-2 times a day. Intravenous drip: dilute with 5% glucose sodium chloride injection and drip. 0.16g-0.4g per day, 1-2 times a day.
