Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate Injection

This product is a peptide neurotrophic drug unique to the brain. It can act on the central nervous system in various ways, regulate and improve neuronal metabolism, promote synapse formation, induce neuronal differentiation, and further protect nerve cells from various ischemic and neurotoxin damage. This product can pass through the blood-brain barrier, promote the synthesis of brain proteins, affect the respiratory chain, have anti-hypoxia protection ability, and improve brain energy metabolism. It activates adenylate cyclase and catalyzes other hormone systems. It provides neurotransmitters, peptide hormones and coenzyme precursors.

This product is a polypeptide preparation made by enzymatic hydrolysis of pig brain protein. The solution used for injection or drip does not contain protein, fat and other antigenic substances. Each milliliter of this product contains 215.2 mg of pig brain protein hydrolyzate.

This product is orange-yellow clear liquid.

It is used to improve the symptoms of craniocerebral trauma, cerebrovascular disease sequelae accompanied by memory loss and attention disorder. It has an auxiliary improvement effect on brain dysfunction, and is also used for patients with protein deficiency, neurasthenia and general protein digestion and absorption disorders.

1. Intravenous drip. Generally use 10ml-30ml, dilute in 250ml normal saline and drip slowly, once a day. It takes about 60-120 minutes to drip, and can be used continuously for 10-14 days as a course of treatment. 2. It is best to inject continuously for each course of treatment, and refer to the patient's age and condition to determine the length of the course and dosage. 3. Subcutaneous injection should not exceed 2ml, and intramuscular injection should not exceed 5ml.

This product is generally well tolerated. In vivo and in vitro tests and toxicology tests have shown no potential teratogenic, sensitizing or carcinogenic effects. Injection too quickly may cause a mild sense of heat, and in very rare cases, chills and mild fever may occur, which are mostly related to the patient's physical constitution. So far, no persistent adverse reactions or life-threatening cases have been found after taking the drug. When used in large doses, injection too quickly may cause fever in a few cases.

1. Protein hydrolysate injection cannot be infused in the same bottle as amino acid injection. When amino acid infusion is used at the same time, attention should be paid to the possible imbalance of amino acids. 2. Co-treatment with antidepressants may cause adverse interactions and lead to inappropriate mental stress. In this case, it is recommended to reduce the dose of antidepressants.

Protect from light, store at room temperature not exceeding 25°C, and do not freeze. Quickly extract the solution from the ampoule before use.
