This product (C666), also known as hexachlorophenylpropanoid, is an effective drug for killing scabies, and also has the effect of killing lice and lice eggs. The mechanism of action is that after this product comes into direct contact with the surface of scabies and lice, it enters the body cavity and blood through the body wall, causing paralysis of the nervous system and death.

Appearance

This product is a white ointment with an emulsion base.

Indication

This product is used for scabies and pubic lice.

Usage and Dosage

For external use. 1. Scabies: Apply the medicine evenly on the whole body from the neck down, even on the areas without rash. No more than 30g for adults at a time. Take a bath 24 hours after applying the medicine, and change clothes and bed sheets. If it is not cured after 1 week of the first treatment, a second treatment can be carried out. 2. Pubic lice: Apply this product after shaving the pubic hair, 3 to 5 times a day.

Adverse Reactions

1 There may be local irritation symptoms, which will subside after a few days. 2 Occasionally, there will be dizziness after applying the medicine, which will disappear after 1 to 2 days. After long-term and large-scale use, the drug may also produce a greater toxic effect on the central nervous system after being absorbed through the skin, such as epileptic seizures. 3 A small number of patients may develop urticaria.

Precautions

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product or have a history of epilepsy.

Special Population Medication

Precautions for children: Not for use in infants under 4 years old. Children over 4 years old should use at a reduced dosage. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not for use in pregnant women. Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution in elderly patients.
