Appearance
This product is white to off-white tablets.
Indication
Anticholinergics are mainly used clinically to relieve smooth muscle spasms, gastrointestinal colic, biliary spasm and organophosphorus poisoning.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults: 5-10 mg (1-2 tablets) each time, 3 times a day. Children: 0.1-0.2 mg/kg each time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Common symptoms include dry mouth, flushed face, blurred vision, etc.; rare symptoms include rapid heartbeat, difficulty urinating, etc. The above symptoms usually disappear within 1 to 3 hours. If the dosage is too large, atropine-like poisoning symptoms may occur.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with increased intracranial pressure, acute cerebral hemorrhage, glaucoma, pyloric obstruction, intestinal obstruction and prostatic hypertrophy.

Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not yet clear Precautions for the elderly: Use with caution in the elderly and frail; elderly men often suffer from prostate hypertrophy, which can easily cause prostate congestion and lead to urinary retention after taking the drug.
Drug Interactions
(1) When used in combination with adamantane, phenothiazines, tricyclic antidepressants, primidone, procainamide and other anticholinergics, adverse reactions may increase. (2) When used in combination with monoamine oxidase preparations (including furazolidone and procarbazine), the side effects of antimuscarinic effects may be enhanced. (3) It can weaken gastrointestinal motility and delay gastric emptying, affecting some drugs, such as erythromycin staying in the stomach for too long, reducing its efficacy, delaying the absorption of acetaminophen, and increasing the absorption of digoxin, nitrofurantoin and other drugs.
