This product can inhibit the release of acetylcholine from the presynaptic membrane, produce a certain neuromuscular blockade, enhance the effect of non-depolarizing muscle relaxants, and directly inhibit smooth muscle, which can relieve smooth muscle spasms. Inositol has a lipid-lowering effect and can promote the metabolism of fat in the liver. Glutamic acid can reduce and eliminate blood ammonia. Vitamin B6 plays a role in regulating various metabolic functions of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids, and is also involved in the conversion of tryptophan into niacin or 5-hydroxytryptamine.

This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears white or off-white after removing the sugar coating.

Used to treat arteriosclerosis (including cerebral arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, etc.); also used to treat neurosis, menopausal syndrome, indigestion and physical decline.

Oral administration. Take 1 tablet twice a day for 12 consecutive days as a course of treatment. Stop the medication for 18 days and continue to take the next course of treatment, or follow the doctor's advice.

Some patients may experience dizziness, nausea, drowsiness or excitement.

This product can enhance the effect of digitalis drugs, and combined use can lead to their toxic reactions. 4. Anticholinesterase drugs such as neostigmine can interfere with the metabolism of procaine in this product, making the toxicity of this product enhanced, so it is not advisable to use it together. 5. Chloramphenicol, cycloserine, ethionamide, nicotinic acid hydralazine, immunosuppressants including adrenocortical hormones, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, isoniazid, penicillamine and other drugs can antagonize vitamin B6 or increase the excretion of vitamin B6 through the kidneys, which can cause anemia or peripheral neuritis. 6. The vitamin B6 in this product can increase the adverse reactions of levodopa, so those who take levodopa alone should not take this product together.
