Appearance
This product is light yellow tablets: slightly bitter and astringent.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. 1-1.5 mg per kg of body weight per day, divided into 3 doses after meals. Generally, a sufficient dose should be given for the first time, and the dose should be reduced after the symptoms are controlled. It is recommended to take under the guidance of a physician.
Adverse Reactions
1. Digestive system: dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, diarrhea, jaundice, elevated transaminase; in severe cases, acute toxic liver damage and gastric bleeding may occur. 2. Blood system: decreased white blood cells and platelets; in severe cases, granulocytopenia and pancytopenia may occur. 3. Urinary system: kidney damage such as oliguria or polyuria, edema, abnormal renal function; in severe cases, acute renal failure may occur. 4. Cardiovascular system: palpitations, chest tightness, arrhythmia, increased or decreased blood pressure, abnormal electrocardiogram. 5. Reproductive and endocrine system: menstrual disorders, oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea in women; decreased sperm count and decreased vitality in men. 6. Nervous system: dizziness, drowsiness, insomnia, neuritis, diplopia. 7. Others: rash, itching, hair loss, facial pigmentation.
Precautions
1. Children, those of childbearing age who want to have children, pregnant women and breastfeeding women are prohibited from using this product. 2. People with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction are prohibited from using this product; people with severe anemia, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia are prohibited from using this product. 3. People with active gastric and duodenal ulcers are prohibited from using this product. 4. People with severe arrhythmia are prohibited from using this product.
