Compound naphazoline spray

Naphazoline is an adrenaline receptor (alpha;1) agonist with local vasoconstriction. Chlorpheniramine maleate is a histamine receptor (H1) blocker that can block the increased vascular permeability and mucosal congestion caused by histamine. The combination of the two drugs has a good effect on nasal mucosal congestion and swelling.

This product is a compound preparation, whose components are naphazoline hydrochloride (0.05%) and chlorpheniramine maleate (chlorpheniramine 0.1%).

Colorless clear liquid.

Suitable for the attacks of acute rhinitis, sinusitis and allergic rhinitis.

1 Before use, open the bottle cap, point the bottle mouth upward, press the nozzle to spray the liquid into a fine mist before use. 2 When using, the patient should stand or sit, point the bottle mouth upward to the nostrils, spray into the nostrils, and spray 1 to 2 times per nostril each time (about 0.05 to 0.1 ml of solution). Once every 4 to 6 hours.

1. Occasionally allergic reactions or transient irritation or burning sensations may occur. 2. Too frequent drops of medication may cause rebound nasal congestion, and long-term use may cause drug-induced rhinitis.

It is contraindicated in patients with atrophic sinusitis.
