This product is an H1 receptor antagonist, which can inhibit the permeability of capillaries and quickly relieve itching. This product also has anticholinergic and sedative effects.

The main ingredient of this product and its chemical name are: [R-(R*, R*)]-1-methyl-2-[2-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-phenethoxy]ethyl]-pyrrolidine (E)-2-butenedioate.

This product is a hard capsule, and the contents are white or off-white powder.

Mainly used for allergic rhinitis, urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.

Take 1.34 mg orally, twice a day.

Common symptoms include drowsiness, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, etc.; hypotension, palpitations, tachycardia, fatigue, nervousness, restlessness, tremor, insomnia, euphoria, blurred vision, convulsions, frequent urination, difficulty urinating, early menstruation, thick sputum, nasal congestion, chest tightness, thrombocytopenia, granulocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, skin itching, urticaria, anaphylactic shock, etc. may also be seen.

It is contraindicated in patients with lower respiratory tract infections (including asthma).

Precautions for children: This product cannot be used for newborns and premature infants. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.

It can enhance the effects of ethanol, CNS depressants and anticholinergics.
