Taizhian Capsules

This product has a good balanced lipid-regulating effect and can significantly increase the number and activity of serum lipoprotein lipase (LPL). It can significantly reduce the content of triglycerides (TG), cholesterol (TC), and low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), while increasing the content of high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C). Among them, the effect of reducing triglycerides (TG) is more prominent. This product also has the effect of reducing the TC content of the rabbit aorta, reducing the area of aortic atherosclerotic plaques and foam cells. Comparative studies with fenofibrate and simvastatin in the same period showed that this product had no side effects such as liver and kidney damage to high-fat model animals and normal animals. Acute toxicity test: Taizhian was gavaged to mice and rats respectively, and the LD50 could not be measured. Its tolerance (PO) was as high as 16000mg/kg, which was 8.2 times higher than clofibrate (LD501950mg/kg), indicating that its safety is much higher than clofibrate. Long-term toxicity test: rats and dogs were given high, medium and low doses of the drug for 6 months, and no toxicity was observed in the major organs, and there were no abnormalities in peripheral blood count, liver and kidney function, blood sugar, and histological examinations, indicating that this product has good safety and tolerability.
