Usage and Dosage
Take 1 capsule each time, 2 times a day for children, 3 times a day for teenagers and adults; take half an hour before meals, and do not take it with boiled water; children can pour the dry bacterial powder in the capsule into 30℃ milk or cold boiled water to take it.
