Atosiban Acetate Injection
Indication
It is used to delay impending premature birth in pregnant women over 18 years old, with a gestational age of 24 to 33 weeks and a normal fetal heart rate, when their regular uterine contractions reach more than 4 times every 30 minutes, each lasting at least 30 seconds, and are accompanied by cervical dilation of 1 to 3 cm (0 to 3 cm for primiparas) and more than 50% effacement of the cervix.
