This product is a compound preparation composed of codeine phosphate, guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Codeine phosphate is a central antitussive drug, which produces a significant antitussive effect by inhibiting the medullary cough center; guaifenesin is a nausea and expectorant, which stimulates the gastric mucosa, causes mild nausea and reflexively increases the secretion of respiratory glands, dilutes sputum and makes it easier to cough up; pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is an adrenergic drug that can constrict nasal mucosal blood vessels and relieve nasal congestion symptoms.

This product is a compound solution, and its components are: each 10mL solution contains 20mg of codeine phosphate, 200mg of guaifenesin glycerol ether, and 60mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.

This product is a brown-yellow clear solution with a fragrant odor and a taste that is sweet at first and then bitter.

This product is suitable for relieving severe, frequent coughs without sputum or with little sputum, and can relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion.

Oral. Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: 10 mL three times a day (the bottle cap is a 10 mL measuring cup), not to exceed 40 mL in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Children: 6 to under 12 years old: 5 mL three times a day, not to exceed 20 mL in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor; 2 to under 6 years old: 2.5 mL three times a day, not to exceed 10 mL in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor; under 2 years old: not recommended.

1. Dry mouth, gastrointestinal discomfort, dizziness, drowsiness, palpitations, and occasionally nausea, vomiting, constipation, sedation, itching, etc. may occur. 2. It has been reported that frequent or excessive use may cause respiratory depression, especially for patients with respiratory diseases accompanied by carbon dioxide retention. 3. Based on the analysis of the drug composition, fear, excitement, tension, irritability, tremor, weakness, dyspnea, central nervous system depression, arrhythmia, cardiovascular dysfunction with hypotension, spasm, insomnia, dysuria, pallor, hallucinations, etc. may occasionally occur.

Keep in a sealed container and shield from light. The validity period is tentatively 30 months.
