Indication
It is used for coma caused by brain trauma, coma caused by neurosurgery, hepatic coma, hemiplegia, high paraplegia, sequelae of polio, neuralgia and low back pain, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection: 100-600 mg per day; children's dose should be reduced. Intravenous drip: 100-600 mg per day, diluted with 250 ml of 5% or 10% glucose solution and slowly dripped.
