This product is an immunomodulator. It has the function of regulating and enhancing the cellular immune function of the human body. It can promote the maturation of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood after mitogen activation, increase the secretion of various lymphokines (such as alpha;, gamma; interferon, interleukin 2 and interleukin 3) after T cells are activated by various antigens or mitogens, and increase the level of lymphokine receptors on T cells. It also enhances lymphocyte response by activating T4 helper cells. In addition, this product may affect the chemotaxis of NK precursor cells, which become more cytotoxic after exposure to interferon. Therefore, this product has the function of regulating and enhancing the cellular immune function of the human body.

This product is a biologically active polypeptide substance extracted from bovine thymus with a molecular weight of less than 10,000 Daltons.

This product is an enteric-coated capsule, and the contents are off-white powder or granules.

Used for: 1. For chronic hepatitis B patients over 18 years old. Because the thymus begins to shrink and the cellular immune function is reduced after 18 years old; 2. Various primary or secondary T cell deficiency diseases; 3. Certain autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 4. Various diseases with low cellular immune function; 5. Adjuvant treatment of tumors.

Oral administration: 2 to 5 tablets each time, 3 times a day or as directed by your doctor.

1. Good tolerance, some patients may experience adverse reactions such as nausea, fever, dizziness, chest tightness, weakness, etc., and a few patients may occasionally feel drowsy. 2. When used by patients with chronic hepatitis B, ALT levels may rise temporarily. If there are no signs of liver failure, they can continue to use this product.

It is contraindicated for those who have allergic reactions to this product or those who have undergone organ transplantation.

Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Animal fertility studies have shown that there is no difference in the effects on embryos between the control group and the drug treatment group. It is not yet known whether this drug is harmful to the embryo or affects fertility. Therefore, this drug can only be used in pregnant women when it is absolutely necessary. Although this product has not been confirmed to be excreted through human milk, it should still be used with caution in lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Not yet clear.
