This product is a raw material drug.

1. Prevent and treat angina pectoris; 2. Used in combination with digitalis and (or) diuretics to treat chronic heart failure.

Take 20 mg at a time, 3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.

Reactions such as rash, orthostatic hypotension (with tachycardia), dizziness (with bradycardia), low blood pressure, and headache may be seen. Other reactions include facial flushing, burning sensation, and nausea.

1. It is contraindicated in patients with acute circulatory failure (shock, circulatory collapse); 2. It is contraindicated in patients with severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure 90 mmHg); 3. It is contraindicated in patients with acute myocardial infarction and low filling pressure (unless under the condition of continuous hemodynamic monitoring); 4. It is contraindicated in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; 5. It is contraindicated in patients with constrictive pericarditis or cardiac tamponade; 6. It is contraindicated in patients with severe anemia; 7. It is contraindicated in patients with glaucoma; 8. It is contraindicated in patients with increased intracranial pressure; 9. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to nitro compounds.

Precautions for children: Infants and children are more sensitive to this product, especially adverse reactions, so caution should be used. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: The safety of this product for pregnant women has not been determined. Pregnant women should consider the pros and cons of using this product. It is not clear whether topical corticosteroids can be excreted from breast milk. Lactating women should still consider stopping breastfeeding or stopping medication when using this product. Precautions for the elderly: There is still a lack of research data on the use of this drug in elderly patients.
