Function and Efficacy
[Clinical trial] This product was approved by the Drug Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China in 1993 and has been clinically tested in 425 cases. [Pharmacology and Toxicology] This product can increase the thermal pain threshold of mice and the tenderness pain threshold of rats, reduce the number of twisting reactions caused by acetic acid in mice, reduce the number of spontaneous activities in mice and prolong the sleep time of subthreshold doses of sodium pentobarbital, increase cerebral blood flow in cats, reduce blood pressure and whole blood viscosity, and improve the microcirculation of the auricle of mice. The drug was administered 3 times within 24 hours, and mice were gavaged with 0.4ml/10g of Tianju Naoan Capsule each time, with an interval of 6 hours, a total volume of 2.4ml/20g, and a total amount of crude drug of 324g/kg. After 7 days of observation, no death occurred, the animals ate normally, gained weight, had shiny fur, moved freely, and no other abnormal manifestations were observed, and there was no acute toxic reaction; rats were gavaged with 10g/kg and 5g/kg of Tianju Naoan Capsule once a day for 70 consecutive days. No obvious toxic reaction was observed through general activity behavior observation and blood picture, biochemistry, liver and kidney function and pathological histology examination.

Appearance
This product is a capsule, the contents are brown powder; it has a fragrant smell and tastes slightly sweet, sour and slightly bitter.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 5 capsules each time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Among 302 clinical observations, one patient developed a mild rash during medication, which did not affect continued treatment.
