Lactated acetylcholine tablets

Function and Efficacy

This product has the effects of inhibiting Ca influx and anti-sympathetic nerves. It can reduce myocardial contractility and relax vascular smooth muscle, increase coronary flow, and reduce myocardial oxygen consumption. It also has the effect of promoting collateral circulation and can be used for the prevention and treatment of angina pectoris. LD50 (oral): 0.2/kg for mice, 1g/kg for rats.

Ingredients

N-(3,3-Diphenylpropyl)-methyl-phenylethylamine lactate.

Appearance

This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears white after removing the sugar coating.

Usage and Dosage

Take 15-30 mg three times a day. After the symptoms are relieved, take 15 mg 2-3 times a day.

Adverse Reactions

After taking the medicine, some patients experience loss of appetite, rash, fatigue, etc., which can gradually disappear after reducing the dosage.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with abnormal liver function, heart failure, and high-grade atrioventricular block.
