Pharmacology: This product is a selective histamine H1 receptor antagonist, with no obvious anticholinergic or anti-5-hydroxytryptamine effect, and a mild central nervous system inhibitory effect.

The main ingredients and chemical names of this product are: (plusmn;)-2-[2-[4-[(4-chlorophenyl)tolyl]-1-piperazinyl]ethoxy]acetic acid dihydrochloride

The content of this product is white or off-white.

Used for seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis and urticaria.

Oral administration: for adults or children over 12 years old, 10 mg each time, once a day or as directed by a doctor. If adverse reactions occur, it can be changed to 5 mg in the morning and evening; for children aged 6-11 years old, depending on the severity of the symptoms, the recommended starting dose is 5 mg or 10 mg once a day; for children aged 2-5 years old, the recommended starting dose is 2.5 mg once a day, and the maximum dose can be increased to 5 mg once a day or 2.5 mg every 12 hours.

Adverse reactions are mild and transient, and may include drowsiness, sleepiness, headache, dizziness, agitation, dry mouth, dry nose, and gastrointestinal discomfort.
