Function and Efficacy
It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and DNA replication. Due to its unique mechanism of action, it has a broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity, and has a strong antibacterial effect on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is effective against infections caused by Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, hemolytic Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter, Serratia, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae, Acinetobacter, Campylobacter, and Chlamydia. There is no cross-resistance between this product and other types of antibacterial drugs.

Appearance
White or off-white ointment.
Indication
It is suitable for the treatment of external eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, dacryocystitis, and postoperative infections.
Usage and Dosage
Topical use: Apply to the inner eyelids, 3 times a day, an appropriate amount each time. Or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally there may be transient irritation symptoms, which will not affect the use of the medication.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to ofloxacin or other quinolones.
Drug Interactions
There is no obvious interaction between ofloxacin and anticoagulants. When this product is used together with cefotaxime, metronidazole, clindamycin, cyclosporine, etc., there is no significant change in the pharmacokinetic process of each drug.
