This product has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on adjuvant arthritis in rats, and has a certain inhibitory effect on delayed hypersensitivity caused by trinitrochlorobenzene. The hot plate method and writhing method tests of mice show that this product has a certain analgesic effect. Long-term toxicity test in rats: 0.1g/kg, 0.3g/kg, 0.9g/kg (equivalent to 5.6 times, 16.7 times, 50.0 times the clinical dosage) were orally administered to rats for 6 consecutive months. The results showed that after 3 months of administration, 2.5% and 15% of the animals in the medium and high dose groups died. Long-term toxicity test in dogs: 0.04g/kg, 0.08g/kg, 0.16g/kg (equivalent to 2.2 times, 4.4 times, 8.9 times the clinical dosage) were administered to dogs for one year. All animals in the high-dose group died 1-6 months after administration, and the cause of death was strychnine poisoning. This product contains strychnine powder. Overdose may cause neurotoxic symptoms such as rapid breathing, convulsions of the limbs, tonic convulsions and even death.

This product is a sugar-coated or film-coated tablet, which appears yellow-brown after removing the coating; it has a slight fragrance and a bitter taste.

Take after dinner. 3 tablets each time, once a day; 60 days as a course of treatment, or follow the doctor's advice.

Some patients experience dizziness, numbness of the tongue and lips, dry mouth, stomach discomfort, constipation, muscle twitching, impotence, rash, and tightness of the whole body.
