Chlorethoxyquinoxaline Dropping Pills

Function and Efficacy

Chlorethoxyquin is a non-steroidal estrogen drug with weaker activity than diethylstilbestrol. It can regulate the release of gonadotropin from the anterior pituitary gland, and by reducing the release of luteinizing hormone-releasing factor from the hypothalamus, it leads to lower release of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) from the pituitary gland. Because its effect on causing hyperfunction of the anterior pituitary gland and adrenal cortex is weaker than that of estrogen, long-term use will not cause pituitary enlargement and adrenal hyperplasia. It has a relatively mild effect and is well tolerated by the human body.
