Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects. Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride has the effect of contracting the capillaries of the upper respiratory tract, eliminating congestion of the nasopharyngeal mucosa and alleviating nasal congestion symptoms. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine with strong antihistamine and sedative effects, which can alleviate symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose caused by colds.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains the main ingredients 500 mg of acetaminophen, 30 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, and 2 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

Indication
It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by the common cold and influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day. No more than 4 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Common adverse reactions include dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, nausea, sweating, and occasionally rash.
Precautions
1. Those who are allergic to any component of this product are prohibited from using it; those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction are prohibited from using it. 2. Those who drive motor vehicles, operate machines, or perform aerial work are prohibited from using it during working hours.
Drug Interactions
1. Use with other antipyretic analgesics may increase the risk of nephrotoxicity; 2.
