Estradiol valerate tablets

This product is the valerate of natural estradiol, which has the pharmacological effects of estradiol and can promote and regulate the normal development of female reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics.

Symptoms of menopause after menopause, or symptoms of estrogen deficiency after oophorectomy or radioactive castration for non-cancerous diseases, such as hot flashes, sweating spells, sleep disorders, depression, irritability, headaches, and dizziness.

After meals, swallow 1 mg (2 tablets) with water daily. The dosage may be increased or decreased as appropriate according to the doctor's advice. The treatment should be carried out in a cyclical sequential manner. After every 21 days of treatment, the drug should be discontinued for at least one week.

In rare cases, there may be breast tenderness, stomach discomfort, nausea, headache, weight gain, and uterine bleeding.

Severe liver dysfunction, jaundice or persistent itching from previous pregnancy, Dubin-Johnson syndrome, Rotro syndrome, previous or current liver tumor, previous or current thromboembolic disease (e.g. stroke, myocardial infarction), sickle cell anemia, hormone-dependent tumor of the uterus or breast, endometriosis, severe diabetes with vascular disease, congenital abnormalities of fat metabolism, exacerbation of otosclerosis during pregnancy.
