Adsorbed DPT vaccine

This product is made from pertussis vaccine concentrate, refined diphtheria toxoid and refined tetanus toxoid through aluminum hydroxide adsorption.

After vaccination, this vaccine can make the body produce humoral immune response. It is used to prevent whooping cough, diphtheria and tetanus.

1. Intramuscular injection after disinfection of the skin at the upper 1/4 of the buttocks or the attachment of the deltoid muscle on the outer side of the upper arm. 2. Immunization starts at 3 months of age and 3 injections are completed by 12 months of age, with an interval of 4-6 weeks between each injection. The fourth injection is given at 18-24 months of age. The dose for each injection is 0.5 ml.

After injection of this product, local redness, swelling, pain, itching, or low-grade fever, fatigue, headache, etc. may occur, which generally disappear immediately without treatment. If there is a serious reaction, timely diagnosis and treatment should be given.

1. Patients with epilepsy, nervous system diseases and history of convulsions are prohibited from using the drug. 2. Patients with acute infectious diseases (including those in the recovery period) and those with fever should postpone the injection.

Store and transport at 2-8℃ away from light. Do not freeze.

Each vial is 0.5ml. Each human dose is 0.5ml, containing a pertussis vaccine with a potency of not less than 4.0IU, a diphtheria vaccine with a potency of not less than 30IU, and a tetanus vaccine with a potency of not less than 40IU (guinea pig method) or 60IU (mouse method).
