Clinical manifestations include hot flashes, sweating, sleep disorders, urogenital atrophy and osteoporosis.

This product is a white ointment.

As an estrogen supplement, it is suitable for the symptomatic treatment of menopausal-related symptoms such as hot flashes, excessive sweating, vaginal dryness, etc.

For external use, apply 1.5g each time (containing 1.35mg estradiol benzoate or 0.98mg estradiol) on clean skin (such as the inner arms, lower abdomen, waist, buttocks and thighs), once a day, for continuous use on the 1st to 24th day of the lunar calendar each month, and take 4mg of oral medroxyprogesterone tablets daily from the 15th to the 24th day of the lunar calendar.

There may be breast swelling, headache, nipple discharge, local irritation, etc. In addition, after the treatment cycle stops, there may be vaginal bleeding similar to menstruation.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product or who are suffering from thromboembolic diseases (phlebitis, pulmonary embolism, etc.).

When used with tricyclic antidepressants, large amounts of estrogen can enhance the adverse reactions of antidepressants and reduce their proper effects. 4. When used with antihypertensive drugs, the antihypertensive effect can be reduced. 5. Reduce the therapeutic effect of tamoxifen. 6. Increase the absorption of calcium.
