1. Pharmacology: This product has the effects of anticoagulation, antiplatelet aggregation, dilation of microvessels, increase of coronary flow, and relief of vascular spasm. 2. Toxicology: The results of acute toxicity experiments show that the oral LD50 of the first-class Kunming mice is 251.7mg/kg, and the confidence limit is 95%. The results of long-term toxicity studies show that the long-term toxicity experiment results of intravenous injection of 300mg of piperazine ferulate every other day (30 times in a row) on healthy adult male dogs prove that piperazine ferulate has low toxicity and can be used clinically. Reproductive toxicity studies show that no obvious embryotoxicity and teratogenic effects were observed in Wistar rats by intraperitoneal injection and oral gavage, indicating that the drug is basically safe and reliable in terms of teratogenicity. The results of carcinogenicity studies show that the mutagenic effect of piperazine ferulate on Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100, the test of piperazine ferulate bone marrow micronucleus and the test of the effect of piperazine ferulate on chromosome aberration of mouse bone marrow cells show that this product has no carcinogenicity.
