Function and Efficacy
Fusidic acid is highly sensitive to various Gram-positive cocci associated with skin infections, especially Staphylococcus aureus, and is also effective against drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It also has a certain antibacterial effect on some Gram-negative bacteria. There is no cross-resistance with other antibiotics.

Appearance
This product is a white ointment with an emulsion base.
Indication
This product is mainly used to treat skin infections caused by Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Propionibacterium acnes, Corynebacterium minimus, and other bacteria sensitive to fusidic acid. The main indications include: pustule, furuncle, carbuncle, paronychia, traumatic infection, scurvy, hidradenitis, erythrasma, folliculitis, acne vulgaris. This product is suitable for infections in the face and head without affecting the appearance.
Usage and Dosage
Apply to the affected area 2-3 times a day, one course of treatment is 7 days. When treating acne, the course of treatment can be extended according to the needs of the condition.
Adverse Reactions
Topical application of this product generally has no side effects, occasionally there will be a slight irritation, the treatment of deep leg ulcers will be accompanied by pain, but usually there is no need to stop the drug. Allergic reactions are rare.

Precautions for children: There are currently no reports of contraindications for children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: The safety of medication for pregnant and lactating women is not yet clear. Experiments have shown that fusidic acid can pass through the placental barrier and enter breast milk after absorption. Pregnant and lactating women should use it with caution.
