Longdan Xiegan Granules
Function and Efficacy
Longdan Xiegan Granules have a significant protective effect on experimental liver damage in animals, and can improve liver damage and hepatocyte damage caused by carbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine in animals; duodenum administration in rats can significantly increase the bile secretion of animals, and has a significant choleretic effect. Toxicological effects: Acute toxicity test: Mice were gavaged with 0.4g/ml of Longdan Xiegan Granules and 0.4g/ml of its excipients (the dosage was equivalent to 178 times the clinical dosage, respectively), and observed for 7 days, and no abnormalities were found in the test animals. Long-term toxicity test: Longdan Xiegan Granules were used in long-term toxicity tests on rats at 10kg and 5g/kg of the original drug (50 times and 25 times the clinical dosage), and no obvious abnormalities were found.
Ingredients
Gentian, bupleurum, scutellaria, gardenia (fried), oriental water plantain, clematis, plantain seed (fried with salt), angelica (fried with wine), rehmannia, and roasted liquorice.

Appearance
This product is yellow-brown granules; it has a slight fragrance and tastes sweet and slightly bitter.
Usage and Dosage
Take with boiled water. 6g each time, twice a day.
