Netilmicin Sulfate and Glucose Injection
Function and Efficacy
This product is a semi-synthetic aminoglycoside antibiotic with strong antibacterial activity and a broad antibacterial spectrum. It has high antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Serratia, Citrobacter, Proteus (indole-positive and indole-negative), Salmonella, Shigella, Haemophilus influenzae, etc.; it is also highly sensitive to certain species such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Providencia and Acinetobacter; it has antibacterial activity against most Staphylococci, including methicillin-sensitive strains. Aminoglycoside antibiotics are one of the commonly used drugs in clinical practice in China. This drug is mainly used for infections caused by sensitive Gram-negative bacteria, with an efficacy of about 80%. As a routine drug for preventing infection in surgical operations, it can significantly reduce the incidence of infection in oropharyngeal, hand and chest operations, and the incidence of drug resistance in abdominal operations. Compared with cephalosporin antibiotics, the incidence of bacterial resistance to netilmicin is much lower. The third generation of cephalosporin 19% and netilmicin 1% are highly safe for the ears and kidneys. Netilmicin sulfate for injection also has the post-aminoglycoside antibiotic effect, that is, after the bacteria are exposed to antibiotics, although the antibiotics are no longer present, there is still a certain inhibitory effect, and it takes a certain amount of time for the bacteria to resume normal growth. Therefore, once-a-day administration can achieve the effect of treating the disease. Kanglixing is effective in treating infectious diseases in various clinical departments, respiratory system 98%, digestive system 100%, urinary system 98%, surgical infection 97.8%, gynecological infection 86%, pediatric pneumonia 99%, burn infection 83%, skin infection 91%, gonorrhea 100%, bacillary dysentery 100%, clinical efficacy evaluation: domestic data, foreign data, mechanism of action: This product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic, which mainly acts on the ribosomes in bacteria and inhibits the synthesis of bacterial proteins. Aminoglycoside antibiotics have a strong bactericidal effect.
